Raj Mittu
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

Raj Mittu is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of ESCgov. Since forming the Company in 2003, Mr. Mittu has established ESCgov as a premier next-generation federal systems integrator. Under his leadership, ESCgov has grown its client base to include federal customers from the Department of Defense, various Intelligence Agencies, Civilian Agencies and numerous Fortune 500 companies. Prior to ESC gov, Mr. Mittu held varios positions at Northrop Grumman. Mr. Mittu graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering.


     Guy Speers
President and Co-Founder

Guy Speers is President and co-founder of ESCgov. As an industry recognized expert in the development of utility computing solutions for the federal market, his work is helping to satisfy strong government demand for the accountability and risk-sharing benefits derived from linking contractor payments to value (utility) received. Speers, and ESCgov, are proving that they can deliver that utility benefit even behind the firewalls of our nation's most secure agencies. The impact of this work on the evolving federal market is significant, and potentially revolutionary in terms of the way federal contracts are structured, competed and won. Mr. Speers is a graduate of UCLA (BA 1986) and Cornell University (MBA 1991), and was a Vice President at Northrop Grumman prior to joining ESCgov.
 
 
     Keith Zagurski
Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Zagurski oversees daily operations at ESCgov. His responsibilities include strategic planning, finance, accounting, human resources, contracting, and procurement. Mr. Zagurski's broad experience, personal integrity and commitment have enabled him to lay a corporate foundation necessary to sustain growth. Prior to joining ESCgov in 2004, Mr. Zagurski was the Director of Operations at Northrop Grumman Computing Systems. He also held various positions of increasing responsibility in Business Management and Finance during his 20 year tenure. Mr. Zagurski has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach.


     John Petracek
Vice President of Sales and Business Development

As Vice President of Sales at ESCgov, John Petracek holds primary business development responsibility for the fastest growing company on the Washington Technology Fast 50 list for 2008. Within the emerging growth market for federal utility computing solutions, Mr. Petracek is a market shaper and thought leader. His team is delivering successful utility solutions ranging from Software as a Service (SaaS) and Mainframe Capacity Service to more traditional programs that have been redesigned to rely on value-based (utility) contractor payments. Mr. Petracek is a 20 year veteran of the federal information technology community, and a trusted advisor and partner to the clients and agencies he serves. Prior to joining ESCgov, Mr. Petracek held sales positions at CA, IBM/Tivoli, diCarta, Siebel, and Digital Harbor. His distinguished career includes numerous performance awards, including sales executive of the year for IBM/Tivoli. Mr. Petracek holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lawrence University and served as a United States Marine Corps infantry officer.


       Erich Smith
Director of Strategic Programs & Initiatives

As Director of Strategic Programs & Initiatives at ESCgov, Erich Smith is responsible for translating innovative utility computing concepts into real-world results. His background as an Executive IT Architect at IBM and exceptional program management skills combine to deliver near-term value and long term customer satisfaction. Mr. Smith oversees the delivery of a pioneering Software as a Service (SaaS) implementation for the Department of Defense in which DoD pays only for the value they receive on a monthly, per-use basis. Mr. Smith oversees numerous other initiatives in support of defense and intelligence customers including entity management, risk identification applications, insider threat solutions, and secure messaging. Mr. Smith served in the United States Navy, and is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Behavioral Science, and a Graduate Certification in Computer Science. Prior to joining ESCgov, Mr. Smith worked at EDS and at IBM.


     Wayne Greenberg
Enterprise Sales Executive

Mr. Greenberg joined ESCgov in 2009, taking on primary responsibility for the IBM partnership. In this role, Mr. Greenberg oversees a number of ESCgov's most strategic business initiatives, including Mainframe Capacity Service (MIPS by the Month), Insider Threat Appliance, Entity Management, and Risk Identification. As a seasoned business architect, Mr. Greenberg brings the knowledge and skill to structure enterprise agreements for long-term success. With the addition of ESCgov's next-generation utility price models, Mr. Greenberg has the tools to implement a wide range to high value and strategically significant enterprise utility solutions. Prior to joining ESCgov, Mr. Greenberg had a distinguished career with IBM, rising to Federal Enterprise Sales Manager. In that capacity he was one of two so-called "IBM deal makers" who structured IBM's most complex and strategic Federal deployments. He was honored by IBM with numerous distinctions, including the Leadership Award, Eagle Award, President's Award, and Directors' Award. Mr. Greenberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from University of Maryland College Park.
